1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any of the services provided by Social Novas ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. You further represent that you have the authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you use the Service, where applicable.

3. Service Description

Social Novas provides social media growth services including followers, likes, views, subscribers, and engagement for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Telegram. We act as an intermediary between you and our third-party service providers, who fulfill orders through their delivery networks. Delivery timeframes, completion rates, and results depend on the provider, the target platform, and the specific service ordered. We do not guarantee specific delivery timeframes or results.

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep it current. You may maintain one account per person; duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Wallet, Deposits & Payments

All orders are paid from your account wallet. Funds deposited into your wallet are non-refundable once used for orders, except where an order cannot be fulfilled. Services are billed per 1,000 at the price shown before you confirm the order. Wallet balances are not transferable between accounts and do not accrue interest. Deposits are processed through secure payment integration and are subject to the terms of our payment partners. We never store your card details on our servers. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information, and you agree to pay all charges associated with your account.

6. Orders & Delivery

Orders are submitted to third-party providers in real time and are only charged to your wallet after submission. Failed orders are not charged; any amount already deducted for a failed order is refunded to your wallet automatically. Delivery times vary by service and provider and are not guaranteed. Where eligible, orders may be partially or fully refilled if quality standards are not met, subject to our refill policy and the provider's guarantee window. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity; purchase engagement on political campaigns or for illegal purposes; violate the terms of service of any target social media platform; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

8. Reselling & Use by Third Parties

You may resell our services to your own clients, provided you remain fully responsible for your clients' compliance with these terms and for all orders placed under your account. You agree to clearly communicate our delivery and refill policies to your clients and to handle their inquiries. We are not liable for disputes between you and your clients.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Social Novas and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Novas shall not be liable for: changes in social media platform algorithms that affect delivered results; temporary service interruptions, downtime, or maintenance; indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or losses exceeding the total balance of your wallet at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms, harms the Service, or harms other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; any wallet balance may be forfeited if termination results from a breach of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification, and the updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Social Novas operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.
